Savannah Winston has over ten years of multi-faceted experience as an accountant and logistics specialist. She has participated in large-scale projects for major government-focused health systems, including Department of Defense. Her expertise includes research and data gathering, information system design, testing and training, strategic planning and gap analysis, and toolkit development. She has also demonstrated expertise in federal and state acquisition and contract management support as a contracts specialist and has previously served as a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance specialist. Ms. Winston holds expert level certification in Microsoft Office 2003 applications. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a master’s degree candidate for management information systems from Bowie State University. She is also a qualified Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner.
