Rhonda Caldwell is a dynamic facilitator with a combined background in private industry and public education. Ms. Caldwell is experienced in program design and delivery for all levels of management and staff. Her employment background includes The Prudential Insurance Company, where she served as a diversity consultant and as an employee education and development specialist. In this role she developed and delivered corporate new hire orientation program, coordinated a service award program, facilitated and developed diversity workshops, and reconciled the division budget. She trained over 700 professionals annually. In addition, Ms. Caldwell spent several years teaching elementary level students. She is currently the owner and operating manager of Advanced Educational Services, LLC. Ms. Caldwell holds a bachelor's degree in health education, corporate health promotion from Pennsylvania State University.
