Regis Arnone’s 19-year career in accounting, finance, and strategic planning includes four years with Arthur Andersen's healthcare consulting division, seven years as controller and CFO for an integrated healthcare system, three years as CFO for a regional physicians practice, and three years as an independent consultant. His successful track record includes orchestrating financial turnarounds within both the healthcare system and physicians’ practices utilizing a combination of cost containment and revenue enhancement strategies. Mr. Arnone led the process of securing $68 million in bond financing to fund new hospital construction, including co-authoring the feasibility study, developing business strategy, and co-producing and presenting the script to bond market analysts. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and also has experience in facilitating implementation of cost accounting, flexible budgeting, and executive financial information systems.
