Raymond Brickhouse has a proven track record of financial leadership in the healthcare industry. His expertise covers business office operations, ambulatory care center management and physician practice management. He most recently served as chief operating officer for Henry J. Austin Health Center in New Jersey where his responsibilities included directing all operational and accounts receivable functions at three locations for the non-profit center. He is experienced in contract negotiation for managed care and other commercial health insurance services, and he led a successful campaign to obtain accreditation for the health center. He has also cross-trained staff and achieved significant productivity increases, and developed and implemented programs to improve patient flow. Mr. Brickhouse holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Virginia State University.
