Farrell Jorgensen is an organizational consultant with over 17 years of experience in the fields of organizational development, quality management, strategic planning and leadership education. Ms. Jorgensen provides training and consulting services that combine these disciplines to assist organizations in achieving strategic business objectives. She previously held human resources management positions in several prominent west coast hospitals where she specialized in employee relations, organization development and labor-management negotiations. Ms. Jorgensen holds an undergraduate degree in social sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and a master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has served as faculty of the University of La Verne and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and the American Management Association.
