Donna Patterson is an experienced trainer and project manager. She has over 15 years experience in designing and developing curricula for Microsoft™ and other proprietary technology applications. Ms. Patterson’s areas of expertise include human resource development, adult education, distance learning and development of training programs. Her experience covers the healthcare, banking, telecommunications and government industries, including employment with Online Resources & Communications, Media General Cable and Scholastic Resources, Inc. A frequent consultant in the areas of training and development as well as public relations, Ms. Patterson holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master’s degree in management from National Louis University.
