Connie Heard is an experienced operational manager and healthcare consultant in the hospital and managed care arenas. She has over 20 years of management experience in laboratory services, materials management, patient accounting and project management. She was a leader in a full-scale organizational reengineering effort that included team development and leadership, redesigning employee positions and restructuring management positions to better serve the organization. In addition she has recent experience in managed care contract negotiation, physician practice management and process improvement. Ms. Heard holds a bachelor’s degree in medical technology from Bloomsburg University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University.
