B. J. Holman has more than 14 years of experience as a leader in the human resources and information technology fields. She has been an HRIS manager, EEO manager, and regional business manager for banking institutions, businesses and military organizations located throughout the United States, England and Germany. Her areas of expertise include enterprise resource planning (ERP), project management, financial operations, workforce management systems and healthcare software implementation. Ms. Holman holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Fisk University and a master's degree in public administration/human resources information technology from Howard University. She is also a certified professional in human resources (PHR) and is certified in SAP (HR/PR) and Lawson software.
