Identifying Your Contribution Within a Changing Organization — View video (4:51)
In most organizations, a few people make the change while the majority can only react to the change. If you're not part of the change and have no control over the change, you can only control your own reaction. Most people react in one of the following ways: I can contribute if I understand the change. I can contribute if involvement is valued. I can contribute if the change makes sense for the company. I can contribute if the change is exciting and produces a difference. This video explores the different ways each of these personalities can make contributions to implementing and managing the change.
