For one client, a healthcare consulting firm, we delivered a one-day workshop using Myers Briggs as the foundation for strategic planning. The workshop produced strategic initiatives and action plans for the year.
For another client, a hospital-based IS department, we developed and delivered a two-day workshop to communicate a new customer-focused operation. The workshop covered governance, policy and procedures, teamwork, and project management – all under the umbrella of “Using Myers Briggs for Better Management.” More than 30 attendees (engineers, software analysts, and help desk technicians) completed the Myers Briggs instrument in advance, and results were incorporated into exercises and break-out sessions. One analyst remarked that the workshop was “a great way to work with the entire IS team and have a ball at the same time.”
